Booking & Reservations

How far in advance should I book my cruise?

We recommend booking at least 6-9 months in advance for the best availability and pricing, especially for popular destinations and peak seasons. For holiday cruises or special itineraries, booking 12 months in advance is advisable to secure your preferred cabin category.

What documents do I need to book a cruise?

You'll need a valid passport for most international cruises. Some destinations may also require visas. For domestic cruises, a government-issued photo ID may be sufficient. We'll provide detailed documentation requirements after booking based on your specific itinerary.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Modifications and cancellations are subject to our policy terms. Generally, changes can be made up to 90 days before departure with applicable fees. Cancellation fees vary based on how close to the departure date you cancel. We offer travel insurance options to protect your investment.

What is your payment policy?

We require a deposit to secure your reservation, with the final payment due 90 days before departure. For bookings made within 90 days of sailing, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and offer flexible payment plans.
