Understanding our policies for cancellations, refunds, and cruise modifications
At CruiseWay LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancellations@cruisewayllc.com or through our online portal. Phone cancellations are also promited along with the relevant Documents.
The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request. Cancellation fees are based on this date relative to your cruise departure date.
Some promotional fares or special offers may have different cancellation policies that are non-refundable. Please check your specific fare rules at the time of booking.
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines once a cancellation is confirmed:
Third-party expenses (such as flights not booked through us, hotels, etc.) are not refundable through CruiseWay LLC. You must contact those providers directly.
Cancellation fees are based on how close to the departure date you cancel your cruise. The following table outlines our standard cancellation fees:
Days Prior to Departure | Cancellation Fee | Refund Amount |
---|---|---|
90+ days | $100 per person | Full refund minus fee |
89-60 days | 25% of fare | 75% of fare refunded |
59-30 days | 50% of fare | 50% of fare refunded |
29-15 days | 75% of fare | 25% of fare refunded |
14 days or less | 100% of fare | No refund |
Please note that for group bookings (8 or more guests), different cancellation policies may apply. Refer to your group contract for specific details.
We strongly recommend purchasing our Cruise Protection Plan to safeguard your vacation investment. Our plan offers:
